Brighten your family’s morning with these delicious breakfast sliders! Make this using just five ingredients and have it ready in less than thirty minutes. These sliders are the perfect meal to jump-start your day! Serve these as well for a fun weekend treat for your guests and family. Ingredients
1/2 – 1 c. melted butter plus 1 tbsp for cooking eggs
1 sheet slider buns butter or potato style
12 Eggs
6 slices cheese
6 slices ham
How to make Breakfast Sliders
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Through the middle, slice the sandwich sheet in half to make two pieces or sandwich sheet. In a casserole dish, place the bottom half of the sandwich and set aside.
Step 3: Add 1 tsp butter or cooking oil to a frying pan. Melt the butter or heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 4: In the meantime, whisk the eggs in a medium-size bowl until completely blended. Pour this into the hot pan, stirring until the eggs are completely cooked. When done, take the scrambled eggs from the pan and set them aside.
To Build the breakfast sliders:
Step 5: Over the bread, place the ham in an even layer. Top with the eggs, then the cheese.
Step 6: Place the slider buns on top of the bread. Evenly pour the melted butter on the sandwich. You can also use half a cup of butter in place of 1 for a lighter version. Tent the casserole dish with tinfoil.
Step 7: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake the sliders for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the butter has melted through and absorbed into the rolls.
Step 8: Remove the sliders from the oven and slice. Serve them warm. Enjoy!
