If you want only the best for your family, then you have got to try this recipe! This Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is total comfort food for the whole family! Ready in less than an hour, dinner is going to be awesome. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

¼ c low sodium chicken broth (or sub water)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1½ tbsp cornstarch
⅔ c clear honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 pork tenderloins (trimmed — 1-1¼ pounds each, about 2-2½ pounds total)
⅛-¼ red pepper flakes (optional – highly recommended!)
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp seasoning salt

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a baking dish, add the tenderloins, brush them with oil, and season with salt.

In a mixing bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, salt, red pepper flakes, broth, and cornstarch. Whisk everything until well incorporated. Add the mixture to the pan around the tenderloin. Make sure not to add anything on top.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

Remove the Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Slice it into even servings.

Serve with the sauce. Enjoy!

Notes:

To check the doneness of the meat, use an instant-read thermometer.

Make sure to let the pork rest to incorporate all the flavors.

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. They can last up to 4 days or until 6 months in the freezer. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
