It’s guaranteed no leftover whenever I serve these tender and packed with flavour chicken tenders!

This recipe is one of the easiest and fastest you can make. It requires only four main ingredients and ten minutes of prep time. You can serve these amazing mustard chicken tenders with some steamed veggies on the side, mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoy as is with just your favourite mustard sauce.

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, beaten

1 pound chicken breast

1 tablespoon mustard

flour for dredging

vegetable oil for frying

salt and pepper

How to make Amazing Mustard Chicken Tenders

Step 1: Into half-inch thickness, slice the chicken breast, then slightly pound using a meat tenderizer and sprinkle with some salt and pepper. On top, spread a layer of mustard.

Step 2: Into the flour, dredge the chicken, then dip into the beaten eggs.

Step 3: In a little amount of vegetable oil, fry the chicken strips for approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side over medium heat.

Step 4: When done, transfer the chicken tenders to paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Serve the chicken tenders with your favourite sides such as ketchup or mustard sauce. Enjoy!
