Ingredients
1 cup of vegetable oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
3 Eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large apples, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
HOW TO MAKE APPLE CAKE
Step 1: In a bowl, add oil, sugar, and eggs. Beat until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2: In another bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Add this to the sugar mixture.
Step 3: Stir in the vanilla, then fold in the apples and nuts.
Step 4: Transfer the batter into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 5: Place inside the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes.
