Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
(1) egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
(4) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter, melted


1. Preheat oven at about 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). In a shallow baking dish, coat with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine the flour in a bowl with parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Beat the egg and whisk milk together in a separate bowl. Put the chicken into the egg, then dip it in the flour mixture. Place the melted butter in the baking dish, and pour over the chicken evenly.
