Baked Ranch Chicken with Broccoli and Bacon

If you are looking for another meal to add to your weekly rotation, this baked ranch chicken with broccoli and bacon is a must-try! This is made with only a few ingredients you might already have in your pantry. It is an amazing low-carb and high protein one-pot meal that you can throw together in thirty to forty minutes!

With six ingredients and less than an hour, you’ll have a satisfying meal on your table that I am pretty sure your entire family will ask for again and again! The combination of chicken and bacon with broccoli and melty cheese is to die for. This recipe is also perfect if you are meal prepping. It is a very simple dish that guarantees to impress everyone!


6 strips bacon, cooked, chopped
4 chicken breasts (use 4 thin chicken breasts, or use 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half, horizontally)
½ c. Ranch dressing
2 c. broccoli florets, blanched, chopped
⅓ c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

How to make Baked Ranch Chicken with Broccoli and Bacon

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: To a casserole dish, add the chicken breasts. For this recipe, I used a 13 x 9 x 4-inch deep oval casserole dish. For the chicken, you can use either 4 thin chicken breasts or 2 large thick chicken breasts that are sliced in half horizontally each to create 2 thin chicken breasts.

Step 3: Over the chicken breasts, add the chopped and blanched broccoli florets. Top the florets with chopped cooked bacon and spread the ranch dressing on top. Lastly, sprinkle everything with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered, or until the chicken is completely cooked. Note that the cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
