INGREDIENTS

20 pieces asparagus spears, hard ends taken away
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup whole grain breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make the Best Baked Asparagus Fries

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Prepare the asparagus. First, dip it in the flour and shake off the excess. Then, dip the asparagus into the egg and in the breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess before putting the asparagus on a lined baking paper.

Step 3: Place the baking tray inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 4: After 10 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Put the asparagus back into the oven and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden. Enjoy!
