I have a sweet tooth, and this has been my go-to for an easy and quick fix. You don’t need any special skills or difficult to pronounce ingredients. This incredible dessert has layers of goodness, a whirlwind of impossible flavours and textures in every bite.
Many refer to these as lazy because you don’t need to exert so much effort making these brownies. These lovelies come together in thunder. And the result is nothing less.
Ingredients
19 1/2 oz box brownie mix, and the ingredients it calls for
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
6 tbsp butter
1 c peanut butter
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to make Best-Ever Lazy Buckeye Brownies
Step 1: Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 2: Follow the direction on the package to prepare the brownies.
Step 3: Once done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
Step 4: Combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and half a cup of butter in a medium mixing bowl until well mixed.
Step 5: Spread the frosting over the entire cake and chill the fridge for at least an hour.
Step 6: Melt 6 tbsp butter with chocolate chips in the microwave. And spread this over the cake. Place the frosted cake back into the fridge to chill for another hour before serving. Enjoy!
