This pandemic taught me how to make everything count, from spending more time with my family, to cooking and preparing a healthy course for my family as much as I can. Before I used to just grab everything from the grocery without even thinking about the chemical and preservatives. I mean I am a working mom, juggling work and house chores are a bit tiring, but, when the pandemic started I learned how to slow down and pay attention to things. I’ve had this recipe for ranch a long time but never had the time to try it. Well, honestly I’ve cooked a lot of instant during the past years. This ranch is surprisingly easy to make, and I think the best ranch I ever tasted! My kids appreciate and love this ranch so much. Claimed that the bottled ranch is incomparable to this! It’s healthy, budget-friendly, easy to make, and absolutely creamy, delicious, and the best ranch ever!
¼ cup Black Pepper
1 1/2 cups Parsley Flakes
½ cup Garlic Salt
2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
¼ cup Granulated Garlic
3/4 cup Granulated Onion
2 tablespoons Dill Weed
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
How to make the Best ranch
Step 1: Mix the ingredients. Make sure to store the ranch in an airtight container. This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups of dry mix.
Step 2: For the dressing, place 2 tablespoons of mix, 2 cups of mayonnaise, another 2 cups of buttermilk, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Whisk until incorporated.
Step 3: Place in an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Makes 1 3/4 quarts.
