Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
15 ounces (430 g) centre-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
salt
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing
Ground black pepper

Honey Sauce:

2 tbsp warm water
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 dashes of cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt

HOW TO MAKE BONELESS PORK CHOPS RECIPE

Step 1: Rub all sides of the pork chop with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Combine the Honey Garlic Sauce ingredients (warm water, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, honey, and salt) until well blended.

Step 3: Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high. Once the skillet is hot, add 1 tbsp of butter and vegetable oil to the pan. Lay the pork chops and sear for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, undisturbed, until brown.

Step 4: When done, push the chops on the other side of the pan. Add butter and garlic, then cook for about 10 seconds. Now, pour in the Honey Garlic Sauce and continue to cook until the sauce has reduced becomes thicker, and turns amber brown. Over the pork chops, spoon the sauce.

Step 5: Turn the heat off and serve the boneless pork chops immediately garnished with some parsley. Enjoy!
