I and my mom always have a stash of canned pineapples. So it is pretty much a thing for us to make pineapple dishes whenever. Plus, to make this easy Pineapple Stuffing, you do not need any hard-to-find ingredients. Everything you need is just around the corner. Whipping this up is super easy, too! If you need an easy and quick side dish to bring to potlucks or parties, then this Pineapple Stuffing is a must-try!
1 stick butter
1 c. Granulated Sugar
4 large Eggs
5 Slices White Bread (cubed)
1 large can of Crushed Pineapple (drained)
How to make Easy Pineapple Stuffing
Step 1: Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Cream using a mixer. Add the eggs a piece at a time, beating every after each addition.
Step 2: Into half-inch cubes, slice the bread and add the cubed bread to the bowl along with the drained pineapple. Mix well by hand until combined.
Step 3: Into a greased baking dish, pour the mixture. Place in a preheated 350 degrees oven and bake the stuffing for about 40 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve this pineapple stuffing hot or cold. Enjoy!
