I love strawberries, do you? Today’s recipe is so simple and very easy to make. It may be the easiest dessert you will ever make. It only has 5 basic ingredients and 5 very easy steps to follow. No-cook and no-bake. Just let your hands to the magic by mixing the ingredients manually. My youngest kid always asks me if I am gonna make Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries. Who am I to say no, right? Besides, strawberry is a very healthy fruit so it’s a win-win for me. He gets to eat dessert healthily. Once, I had guests over. I cooked good food but what they all enjoy was this stuffed fruit. I remember my friend from college asked me if I went to culinary school. I did not, by the way. She said that my cooking was superb and very technical. She was talking about this recipe. I was so flattered by her words. I am not a trained chef but I know my way around the kitchen. This recipe I am sharing with you today is just one of the recipes I have learned that’s why I am sharing it with you! We all need to share our knowledge with food because we all eat. INGREDIENTS

1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and cored
3 graham crackers, crushed, or as needed

How to make Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add vanilla extract, confectioners’ sugar, and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a resealable bag. Snip the corner to make it easier to spread the mixture.

Step 3: Fill each strawberry with the mixture.

Step 4: Place inside the fridge to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
