If you are looking for the perfect no-fuss side dish, this cheesy baked asparagus is a must-try. With only a few simple ingredients, this is ready in no time! And this side dish is excellent alongside anything and even my picky eaters dig this.

Asparagus is amazing as is but we would like to dress them up with something new. Cheese, butter, and house seasoning are all it takes to create a glorious side that everyone will look forward to. Preparing asparagus is as easy as eating them. All you have to do is remove the woody ends. You don’t need to peel them, too. And slice them into maybe an inch, depending on their size and viola! Cook this tonight and wow everyone. It’s going to be perfect no matter!


1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper…combine and store in an airtight container)


Step 1: Use tinfoil to line a baking sheet.

Step 2: In the prepared baking sheet, arrange the asparagus and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 3: To taste, season with house seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4: Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Step 5: Take the asparagus out of the oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.

Step 6: Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more or until the cheese has melted.

Step 7: Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
