Chicken and broccoli mixed with an easy, creamy cheese sauce, and topped with stuffing. A comforting and satisfying meal. My kind of breakfast with a slice of gooey cheese and a drizzle of hot sauce. The perfect combination, chicken for protein and broccoli for nutrients. Who says that this is not healthy at all?

My family loves this a lot! They make sure to have this cheesy chicken broccoli stuffing bake at least once in a week. I make this for breakfast but they want it for dinner, too! I can’t blame them because this here is a real keeper! Delicious in every way!

1 1/2 – 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
1 box stove top stuffing mix chicken flavour
1 package (8 oz) Velvetta cheese (cut in small cubes)

1 bag(s) (14 oz) frozen broccoli florets (thawed and drained)
2 tbsp butter (or country crock)
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 2: Prepare the Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing according to package directions. And set aside.

Step 3: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Step 5: Pour in the Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until incorporated.

Step 6: stir in the broccoli and Velvetta cheese until well mixed.

Step 7: Place the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread the stuffing over.

Step 9: Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
