Casseroles are the ideal winter meal. They warm you up twice when you bake them, they heat the kitchen, and when you eat them, they heat your insides. This Ham and Potato Casserole is a perfect and simple meal. It allows people to enjoy this dish, Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole while having a great time with their family and friends. It’s a perfect meal and not expensive to make. The best thing is that it’s versatile, replacing cheddar with swiss, replacing the ham with chicken, all of which will work into this recipe.
These are also a no-fuss, one-dish meal, which is simple to prepare, simple to serve, and easy to clean. And the leftovers produce a good warm lunch on a cold day when there’s a lot. So I thought with the cold weather setting in, we could all use a warm, cozy casserole recipe. We all need something, moist, simple, and delicious at this time of year, which uses the leftovers, trusts me, it is this Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole.
