I love these roll-ups! They are freaking easy and quick to whip up using only six ingredients. A tasty, simple breakfast idea made with flattened bread filled with cream cheese, and powdered sugar mixture then dipped in butter, and coated in cinnamon and sugar! A delicious breakfast on the go that is certified kid-friendly!

And these fantastic cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups are not only a daring breakfast but are perfect as an after-meal dessert. I admit, I always run out of ideas on how to spice up our breakfast. Ingredients

1 loaf white bread thin slices
5 1/2 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 c. butter melted

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE ROLL-UPS

Step 1: Start by cutting off the crust of the bread. Then, flatten the bread using a rolling pin.

Step 2: Place the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Whisk well until blended.

Step 3: Mix the sugar and cinnamon in another bowl, then set aside.

Step 4: Onto each flattened piece of bread, spread 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese mixture. Then, roll the bread up.

Step 5: Into melted butter, dip each rolled bread, then into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. On an ungreased cookie sheet, place the roll-up. Do the same for the rest of the pieces of bread.

Step 6: When done, place the cookie sheet in a 350 degrees oven and bake for about 16 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven once done and serve the roll-ups warm. Enjoy!
