I love crabs, do you? This recipe I am sharing with you today is the best crab recipe I have ever eaten in my life. I am not kidding. If you haven’t tried this yet, I highly recommend that you follow these simple steps and taste for yourself the amazing flavor of this little crab balls. I just recently discovered this recipe with the help of my sister. She is a professional chef. I always ask her for new and simple recipes that a newbie like me can try at home. I am not a very good cook but I try. So, this was the recipe that she gave me and I am so glad that she taught me how to make these Crab Bombs because I never would have tasted perfection! These little treats are awesome with or without sauce. Give it a try. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 lb of crab meat
1 beaten egg
1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning
1 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
How to make Crab Bombs
Step 1: Add the crab meat, parsley, old bay seasoning, and crushed crackers in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well-mixed.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, add the egg, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix until the texture becomes smooth.
Step 3: Transfer the crabmeat mixture into the second bowl. Gently stir until well-mixed. Remember not to break the crabmeat.
Step 4: Form the crabmeat into a golfball-shape. Place them on a cookie sheet. Leave 1-inch space apart from each ball.
Step 5: Place cookie sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees C.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 3 minutes.
Step 7: Drizzle each ball with the melted butter.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
Note: This recipe can serve 4 to 6 persons.
