CRANBERRY SALAD

If you are a huge fan of cranberries, then, it’s time to make this incredible salad! A perfect combination of several types of fruits in one bowl. How awesome is that? Aside from the delicious flavours, it is very nutritious as well. Cranberries are known to have a lot of health benefits. I always make this salad because it somehow my way of cleansing myself from all the greasy meals I eat every week. You don’t need to cleanse yourself the boring way. You could always find a lot of foods to make it a beautiful journey. Take for instance this Cranberry Salad! You are so in for a treat! After having this, you would want to always eat it. I am sure about that. Feel free to add your preferred fruits to go with cranberries. You all have a great day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 pkg cranberries (found in the produce section)
2 large oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
2 large apples, unpeeled, chopped (I prefer granny smith)
2 c pecans, chopped
1 pkg strawberry jello
1/2 c celery, chopped fine peel from one orange, grated
1/2 c crushed pineapple
2 c of sugar

HOW TO MAKE CRANBERRY SALAD

Step 1: Wash and drain the cranberries.

Step 2: Peel the oranges and slice them into chunks.

Step 3: Don’t peel the apples, just chop them into pieces.

Step 4: And mince the pecans and celery.

Step 5: Combine the cranberries, oranges, apples, pecans, celery, sugar, and pineapples with the juice in a large serving bowl.

Step 6: In a cup of water dissolve the Jell-O and pour over the fruit mixture.

Step 7: Cover and place in the fridge to chill for at least a day or up to 2 days for the flavours to combine well.
