Delicious, easy to make cream cheese chicken tacos that take only a thunder to make! I can’t ask for anything more!

10 medium corn tortillas
canola oil for frying

Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3: Fry 1 tortilla at a time until light brown. Do this for the remaining tortillas.

Step 4: Transfer the fried tortillas on a plate lined with paper towels.

Step 5: Melt the cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat.

Step 6: Add the shredded chicken, green onion, garlic, and Cheddar cheese into the skillet.

Step 7: Remove from the heat and stir well.

Step 8: Add spoonfuls of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and place them in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 10: Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 2 minutes at room temperature.
