Experience the explosions of flavour with this Creamy Crab, Chilli, and Cherry Tomato Pasta. One of the most loved dishes of all seafood lovers. It is made with only a few simple ingredients and ready in under twenty-five minutes. Delicious with the perfect kick from the red chilli, the sweetness of the tomatoes, creamy thanks to the cream cheese, and the fantastic flavour of the sea from the crab. All these in one extremely tasty seafood and pasta dish!

I am head over heels in love with seafood and pasta. My mom used to make the best seafood and pasta. I introduced her to this easy recipe and she immediately fell deep! Ingredients

About 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
150 grams of fresh crab meat (I use a mix of claw and white crab meat) – if prefer, you can use canned
2 red chillies, very finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
3 tbsp of low-fat cream cheese (3 syns)
Cooking Oil Spray
160 grams of spaghetti
black pepper
fresh Italian Parsley to serve

How to make Creamy Crab, Chilli, and Cherry Tomato Pasta

Step 1: Following the package directions, cook the pasta. Drain when done and set aside. Make sure to set aside a little pasta water.

Step 2: Using cooking oil spray, grease a frying pan. Then, add the garlic clove and cook for approximately 1 minute. Now, add the tomatoes along with the chilli and continue to cook until softened.

Step 3: To the pan, stir in the cream cheese and the reserved pasta water until the cream cheese has melted.

Step 4: Then, add the cooked spaghetti followed by the crab meat. Toss and continue to cook further until the crab is heated through.

Step 5: Before serving, sprinkle with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!
