INGREDIENTS
3 cups chicken broth
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of celery soup
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups white rice, uncooked
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How to make Delicious & Easy Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole
Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish lightly and set aside.
Step 3: Place the chicken broth, cream of celery soup, and butter in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Stir in the rice, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Step 5: Transfer the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish and tightly cover with aluminum foil.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for an hour and 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through and the chicken is tender.
