Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (4 Ingredients!)

These four-ingredient Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches are so darn good! Serve this on soft hoagie rolls or over lettuce with ranch dressing, even simple potato chips, celery, carrot sticks. And coleslaw makes for incredible sides. Or if you want to keep it low carb, this is perfect on salads, too.

Chicken breasts, buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and butter are all you need to make this amazing shredded buffalo chicken. This sounds so simple, and it is but the taste is superb! A nice and quick easy meal to add to your dinner rotation and is perfect for a light lunch, even breakfast!

Tender, delicious meat slowly cooked to perfection. This incredible dish will never disappoint you and sure to fill you with goodness! Filled with lots of flavours and just the right amount of spice, this is perfect with a bottle of cold beer.

Ingredients

3-4 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb)
1 (12ounces) bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons butter
hoagie rolls for serving

How to make Easy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Step 1: Use non-stick cooking spray to grease a slow cooker.

Step 2: Add the chicken into the prepared slow cooker followed by the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning mix.

Step 3: Cook for about 4 to 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high.

Step 4: When done cooking, take the chicken out of the pot and onto a cutting board. Shred with a fork and add back into the crockpot including the juices.

Step 5: Melt 2 tablespoons butter into the crockpot and stir to incorporate.

Step 6: Serve with hoagie rolls drizzled with a bot of ranch dressing or crumbled blue cheese or coleslaw. Enjoy!
