A restaurant-style fried rice that is so easy to customize with any mix-ins. Undeniably delicious and absolutely the best!
The other day I was reading my notes of recipes. Reminiscing to when I started cooking, begun traveling for food, and saving the recipes that I loved. One of them is this simple easy and quick fried rice. A Chinese inspired bowl of grain, color, and everything really. I love how easy I can modify this dish, place what I want like crab meat, shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, or kimchi. You can even put pineapples in it just like how my mom wants it. This easy fried rice recipe is irresistibly good! A treasure! And ow don’t forget the butter, it makes a real difference. Try this and I’m sure you are gonna love it!
