This is the easiest pie I’ve made, not fussy, and delicious! Filled with fresh apples and warm cinnamon – this crustless pie is an easy dessert and excellent if you are a beginner baker. With only a few simple ingredients, this scrumptious pie is ready in a breeze! When I made this first, I know for sure that I will make this over and over. My kids love it, and this Swedish Apple Pie has been my go-to whenever I have company coming over. I cannot count how many times I bring this to potlucks, and this never fails to impress the crowd. This easy pie will be an excellent addition to your holiday menu.

1 ½ pound Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup of sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup melted butter
1 egg

Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Toss the apples with a tbsp sugar in a mixing bowl until the apples are evenly coated. Transfer the coated apples into a pie plate.

Step 3: Combine the egg, 1 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and butter into a small mixing bowl until well mixed. Add this on top of the apples.

Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5: Once done, remove from the oven and allow cool on a wire rack at room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
