French Onion Beef Casserole

I enjoy a good casserole. I have my favourites and go-to, and one of them is this French Onion Beef Casserole. It is super easy and quick to whip up, making this perfect for busy moms like myself. Serve this with some crusty bread and your favourite veggies on the side for a simple and luscious meal any time! This filling casserole deserves a spot on your favourite weeknight menu rotation.

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French’s fried onions
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

How to make French Onion Beef Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water. When done, drain the egg noodles.

Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking the meat into pieces, until brown. Drain the excess grease when done.

Step 4: To the beef in the skillet, add the soups and French onion dip. Mix well, then gently fold in the cooked egg mixture.

Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture and evenly sprinkle with fried onions.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the casserole warm. Enjoy!
