Pop in the oven when ready to serve. Hassle-free, not fussy, and perfect for busy days. A creamy, mouthwatering casserole that you can serve alongside some green beans or broccoli and some biscuits. A complete meal in a pan that requires a few simple pantry ingredients and comes together pretty quickly. A fine addition to your weekly menu. So good you’ll dig right in and will never turn your back until it’s all gone! This Ham and Cheese Hash Brown Casserole has been a long time favourite in my house and is here to stay. You know it’s good when you can’t stop munching. Enjoy!

1 (32-oz) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pound cooked diced ham
2 (10.75-oz) cans condensed cream of potato soup
1 (16-oz) container sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Use a cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 3: Add the hash browns, ham, cream of potato soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread, then, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about an hour, uncovered, until bubbly and a bit brown.

Make this ahead and just refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve. Completely thaw before baking as instructed above.
