1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
6 cubes beef bouillon
5 cups of water
1 (8 ounces) can tomato sauce
1 (16 ounces) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 (10 ounces) package frozen corn kernels
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons ketchup
1. Add the brown hamburger in a medium skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat.
2. Combine into the large pot beef, carrots, celery, onions, broth, water, sauce for tomatoes, tomatoes chopped, salt, corn, basil, and ketchup. Take a boil. Reduce the heat for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours until it simmers.
