INGREDIENTS

1/4 c. Butter
1/2 pound Raw Shrimp
2–3 tablespoons Honey
2–3 tablespoons Old Bay

HOW TO MAKE HONEY BUTTER OLD BAY SHRIMP

Step 1: if needed, peel the raw shrimp, then put it in a medium bowl.

Step 2: To the bowl with the shrimp, add the old bay and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat the shrimp.

Step 3: Melt the butter in a heated skillet. Add the honey to the skillet once the butter has melted and stir to combine.

Step 4: In the pan, add the shrimp and sear for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5: Once the shrimp is cooked on both sides, stir so it’ll be coated with the honey butter.

NOTES:

1. For a dairy-free version, use vegan butter or ghee.

2. If you want to grill the shrimp instead of cooking on a skillet, you can!
