HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL

Mouthwatering, super appetizing Honey Mustard Salmon in Foil. Make this in the oven or on the grill and serve immediately. Perfect for an easy and delicious meal that is ready in just twenty-five minutes!

INGREDIENTS

HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL:

1 batch honey mustard sauce (see below)
2 lbs side of salmon, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

1/3 c whole grain mustard
1/4 c honey
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

HOW TO MAKE HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL

Step 1: Prepare the oven or grill. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F or the grill to medium heat.

Step 2: With a large sheet of aluminium foil, line a large baking sheet and grease with cooking spray.

Step 3: In the middle of the foil lay the salmon. Spoon over the honey mustard sauce and evenly spread.

Step 4: Grab the sides of the aluminium foil and fold over to completely enclose the salmon. Or place the second sheet of foil over the salmon and just fold the edges to seal if your foil or sheet is not big enough.

Step 5: Place inside the oven and bake for about 14 to 15 minutes or until completely cooked through. Note that the cooking time will change depending on the size of the salmon. And if you have a thinner cut salmon, I recommend checking it several minutes early. Take the salmon out of the oven and remove open the cover. Adjust the oven to broil and broil the salmon for about 2 to 3 minutes. Keeping an eye to ensure that the salmon will not burn.

Step 6: When cooking on the grill, carefully place the pack of salmon on the grill and cook for about 12 to 14 minutes or until fully cooked through. Again, cooking time varies depending on the size of the salmon. Open the packet and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 7: When done, evenly sprinkle the tops with parsley and serve quickly.

TO MAKE THE HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE:

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk the mustard sauce ingredients until well combined.

NOTE:

If desired, raise the amount of mustard to half a cup or lessen the amount of honey.
