Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes

by 247tasty

The perfect salad for us trying to eat healthy! This is not only a healthy meal but also a very delicious bowl of heaven! This has always been my go-to-food every time I try to cut off from greasy meals. This was introduced to me by my best friend. She is a dietician and every recipe she gave me was the best. It is always the same formula. Eat a lot without guilt! I feel a lot better every time I eat this amazing salad. It is very satisfying even though there is no meat in it. I don’t know but this recipe is a complete meal. For those of you who love sour food, you will love this I promise! Always serve this salad cold because once it gets warm, I don’t really like very much but for some of you that would work but not for me, I guess. I can’t oversell this enough to you. I can only say that it is perfect and very delicious because it is! By the way, feel free to add more quantity of the ingredients if you want to. Also, I read that sour cream works for this recipe as well instead of the vinegar. Feel free to experiment as long as you retain the Cucumber, onion, and tomatoes because they are the main ingredients. Give this one a try today. Enjoy!
