MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Chicken is a staple at my house. My kids cannot leave without chicken in a week! I have a stash of chicken recipes that I make, but it’s never enough. I want to make sure to serve the best meal for my family. So it became my past time to look for new recipes to try during my free time. And I have found a lot! Most of them are great, but some are just not good enough for my kids. It is hard to have the pickiest eaters in the world! Moms out there I know can relate. But setting those aside, they are the best taste tester! Funny enough, my kids can spot a good dish even without trying them out yet, and they seldom fail. LOL!

I have the go-to recipes that never fail me or my kids. One of my top picks is this Melt In Your Mouth Chicken. It is pretty straightforward, super simple to make, and comes out always amazing. Plus, I can throw it together in less than an hour from start to finish! Surely, the best chicken dish that is excellent for busy weeknights. And it pairs perfectly with just about anything!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise (for a healthier option, use plain Greek yoghurt in place of the mayo)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

Step 1: Place the mayonnaise or yoghurt, cheese, and the seasonings in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2: Over each chicken breast, spread the mixture. Then, into the baking dish, place the chicken. Bake for about 45 minutes in 375 degrees preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 3: Remove from the oven when done and serve immediately. Enjoy!
