This is another wonderful recipe that you should try soon, especially if you love chicken. Moist, tender chicken with loads of flavour – it’s one of the best chicken dishes, not to mention incredibly easy to whip up! All you need are four main ingredients, and this Melt in your mouth chicken is ready in a blink!

I never underestimate recipes like this because they might be super simple, but the result is always legendary! Pair this outrageously delicious chicken with just about anything for a filling meal that your family will ask for over and over!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat
1 c. mayonnaise (or Greek yoghurt for a healthier option)
1 c. Parmesan cheese (or sharp Cheddar, or Asiago) divided
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to make Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

Step 1: Into 3 large chunks or strips, cut each chicken breast. In a bowl with milk/buttermilk, place the chicken strips/chunks and soak for at least 20 to 30 minutes or overnight.

Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.

Step 3: Place the mayonnaise, half cup of Parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a small bowl. Mix well until incorporated.

Step 4: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place the chicken. On top, evenly spread the mixture, then sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes until completely cooked. If you want the top of the chicken extra brown, you can finish the dish off under the broiler for about a minute or two.

Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the chicken right away with your favourite veggies such as fresh or steamed broccoli. If desired, season the chicken with a dash of fresh parsley. Enjoy!
