We all love spaghetti when we were kids, right? Now, that we are adults, we love it even more! Because it reminds us of the good things in life. I think that spaghetti is the best food in the world! As an avid fan of this dish, I somehow mastered cooking it. I don’t mean to brag but I kinda cook the Best Spaghetti. Just kidding. I’m just so proud of this recipe. I figured why keep it a secret when everyone loves a nice and cheesy spaghetti? I don’t want to be selfish so here you go! I hope you like it!


1 lb of ground beef
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
8 oz of cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
½ lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup)
½ cup butter (1 stick)
1 pkg spaghetti 16 oz
Grated cheddar cheese


Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Place a casserole on a stove and cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until al dente’. Drain the water and set it aside.

Step 3: In a medium bowl, add sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese. Whisk until well-mixed.

Step 4: Place a skillet on the stove and add oil. When the oil is hot, cook the burger patty until it turns color brown or lightly toasted on the edges. Drain the excess oil and transfer the patties into the spaghetti sauce.

Step 5: In a 9×13 pan, put 2 or 3 slices of butter and add half of the cooked noodles on top.

Step 6: Pour the cream cheese mixture into the 9×13 pan with half of the pasta. Pour it on top of the pasta and make sure to cover the pasta with the sauce entirely.

Step 7: Get half of the pasta and put it on top of the cream cheese mixture and add top with 2 or 3 slices of butter.

Step 8: Transfer the spaghetti sauce with the patties into the pasta and cream cheese mixture.

Step 9: Place the pan inside the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 10: Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Be very generous with the cheese!

Step 11: Put the pan back to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step 12: Serve and Enjoy!
