This creamy, rich, and decadent no-bake dessert hits the top spot in a flash! Easy to make with only six ingredients and a few simple steps. Loaded with Nutella and hazelnut, this cheesecake is your next big thing. This lovely dessert is especially for you if you love Nutella!

INGREDIENTS

10 ounces (280 grams) graham crackers (digestive biscuits)
5 tbsp soft unsalted butter
1 13 ounces jar Nutella at room temperature
¾ c chopped toasted hazelnuts
1 pound (450 grams) cream cheese (at room temperature)
½ c confectioners’ sugar, sifted

HOW TO MAKE NUTELLA CHEESECAKE

Step 1: Into a bowl of a food processor, break the gram crackers, then add the butter and 15 ml or a tbsp Nutella. Process until the mixture begins to clump. Add in 25 grams or 3 tbsp hazelnut. Continue to process until you get a damp and sandy mixture.

Step 2: Transfer into a 23 cm or 9-inch round springform. Press with the back of the spoon of your hands and chill in the fridge.

Step 3: Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Add in the rest of the Nutella and remain to beat until incorporated.

Step 4: Remove the springform from the fridge.

Step 5: Smooth the Nutella mixture carefully on top of the base. Sprinkle the rest of the chopped hazelnut on top of the Nutella mixture.

Step 6: Cover and sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 7: When ready, serve the cheesecake straight from the fridge for best results.
