Do not be deceived by how incredibly simple, easy, and quick to throw together because this is so delightfully delicious, flavorful, and always a guaranteed hit!

My guests went gaga over this Olive Cheese Bread! I prepared this last weekend as we had a simple get-together and they all loved it! Blabbing out about how delicious this is. I am forced to sent the recipe to their email addresses then and there! The main reason I am writing this down now for everyone to try. For some, this might be a little strong but if you are like me who loves olives so much, I promise you’ll dig this!

Ingredients

1 loaf French Bread
8 ounces weight Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives
8 ounces weight Black Olives
2 stalks Green Onions (scallions)
1 stick Butter, Room Temperature
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated

How to make Olive Cheese Bread

Step 1: Ready the black olives and pimiento-stuffed green olives. Roughly chop them. And into thin pieces, slice the green onions.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add the butter, mayonnaise, cheese, olives, and green onions. Combine until the ingredients are mixed.

Step 3: Onto French bread that has been sliced lengthwise, spread the mixture. Place in a preheated 350 degrees F and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese has melted and starts browning.

Note:

You can serve the dip with crackers or place it in the fridge for up to 2 days and enjoy it as a dip.
