Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken wings
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 c soy sauce
2 tablespoons bbq sauce
1 c honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
green onions, for garnish, optional
How to make Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and grease with cooking spray.
Step 3: In a single layer, spread the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Place the vegetable oil, soy sauce, bbq sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl. Stir to combine, then pour this on top of the chicken wings. Coat the wings well.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until completely cooked and the sauce has caramelized. If desired, sprinkle with green onions.
