Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes Are a Cheesy Delight

by 247tasty

For starters, the fiber, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and cholesterol content of the potato support heart health. Potatoes contain considerable quantities of fiber. Fiber contributes to lower overall blood cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of heart disease.

Recipes are available which call for various varieties of potatoes, but the best southern fried potatoes are russet potatoes. Why does this happen? The crispy crown that forms while the potatoes are roasted in the oven is one of the main features that makes the south fried potatoes so delicious, crisp potatoes only crisper. For herbs, the case is different. If you use hotter stemmed herbs, such as rosemary or thyme, at the start of cooking it’s all right. Such things should be used at the last minute as chips, pets, or basil if you do not want them to be wilted or sad.
