Oven Roasted Parmesan Zucchini

by 247tasty

This has to be one of the best Zucchini recipes I have ever eaten! I made this amazing meal last week when my sister visited me. We were both craving for this since the first time we tasted it at a friend’s wedding. It was so delicious that we asked the caterer for the recipe but she wouldn’t tell us so we made our take to it. I must say, it is much better than the one we had a few weeks ago. I don’t mean to brag but it is. Anyway, you can add chopped bacon to this recipe. We tried it once and boy, was it amazing! This is just a default recipe I guess. I did not include the bacon here because some may not like it. For a healthier take, you can follow all these ingredients but for a not-so-healthy take, I highly recommend the bacon! Give this one a try today and I am 100 percent sure that you are gonna love it. Invite your friends, family over and enjoy this awesome dish with them!
