Pecan Pie Pound Cake

This recipe of Pecan Pie is legit! I have never tasted anything like this before. I am so glad that I tried it because I never would have tasted perfection. I kid you not! Give this one a try and I am 100 percent sure that you are gonna love it! Feel free to tweak it a little. For example, try adding ice cream on top before serving it. I have tried it and it works for this cake. Make it your version of pound cake. I hope you all have an awesome day ahead. Enjoy!


4 stick butter
4 cups sugar
4 cups flour (cake or all-purpose)
8 large eggs, 8 oz cream cheese
2 to 3 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring

How to make Pecan Pie Pound Cake

Step 1: Leave the eggs, butter, and cream cheese at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2: Add the butter and cream cheese in a mixer and beat until it becomes creamy. Add 1 cup of flour and two eggs at a time. Mix until creamy then add about 2 tablespoons of vanilla.

Step 3: APply cooking spray in a tube pan then sprinkle it with flour.

Step 4: Transfer the batter into the tube pan then sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top.

Step 5: Press the batter lightly.

Step 6: Place the tube pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 300 degrees.

Step 7: After the bake time, turn the heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 minutes more.

Step 8: Use a toothpick or anything that can pinch a tiny hole in the middle to check the doneness of the cake. If it comes out clean, your cake is done.

Step 9: Remove the cake from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Step 10: Spread the jar of caramel on top.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
