Perfect Roasted Potatoes

This is unlikely your boring potatoes. Behold, the perfect roasted potato you’ll ever lay your fingers on. Give these babies are a nice toss to cover them with the olive oil and seasonings. Yes, you heard it right. You only need three, yes, three ingredients to make this savory, super delish roasted potatoes. I always end up using seasoned salt but feel free to experiment. You can use whatever seasonings you prefer from ranch powder, chili powder, pepper, garlic, and the list goes on. This is super fun to make. Just make sure to make extra because it’ll be a shame if not everyone will be able to taste this perfect roasted potatoes. It is super simple that you can pair these potatoes with any meal or eat them as is with some dipping sauce (like ketchup).

Potatoes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Seasonings of your choice

How to make Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 450 degrees.

Step 2: First, clean as many potatoes you need, then, cut them into chunks, and place the sliced potatoes in a big mixing bowl.

Step 3: Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the potatoes and mix them well. Adjust the amount of olive oil depending on the number of potatoes you are using.

Step 4: Add in your seasoning and make sure to mix well. For me, I usually use seasoned salt. It is a very basic but delicious choice. You can use whatever from ranch powder, chili powder, pepper, garlic, etc. Feel free to experiment!

Step 5: Grease your cookie sheet using a cooking spray.

Step 6: Transfer the seasoned potatoes on the prepared pan and make sure to spread them out so the potatoes will evenly get roasted.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 8: Once your potatoes are done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
