I cooked rice and served it with this. It was amazing! It’s a complete meal that will make you crave for it the moment you feel hungry again. Yeah, it’s that good!

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds boneless pork chops
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter, divided
1 (8 ounces) package sliced fresh mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth

How to make Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Step 1: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and parks. Make sure to season both sides.

Step 2: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 3: Add in 2 tablespoons of butter and pan fry the pork chops on both sides for 2 to 4 minutes each side until the color turns golden brown and the middle part is cooked as well. Set aside the pork chops.

Step 4: In the same skillet, with medium-high heat, add butter, and let it melt. Toss in mushrooms and cook until the color turns golden brown for 5 minutes. Add in the minced garlic and mustard then cook for 1 minute or until aromatic.

Step 5: Add the flour into the skillet and stir to remove the lumps. Gently pour the beef broth and whisk until well-blended with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste then turn the heat to medium. Simmer while stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until the sauce is thick. Add more seasoning if needed.

Step 6: Put the cooked pork chops back into the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: This dis is perfect with steamed rice!
