One of my top slow cooker recipe favourites is this Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken. All you need are garlic, brown sugar, and chicken thighs. Dump everything into your slow cooker, and you are good to go! No-fuss, no need to stay in the kitchen for so long, and do not need hard to find or pronounce ingredients. Serve this with a simple side salad or your favourite veggies on the side for an easy and satisfying meal perfect for the entire family!

2 tbsp garlic minced
5 chicken thighs
1/3 c. brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
How to make Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken
Step 1: To your slow cooker, add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir well, then turn the chicken skin-side up.
Step 2: Over the chicken, sprinkle the brown sugar.
Step 3: Set to cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high until done.
