SPICY CHICKEN CHEESEBALLS

This hot stuff is the new favourite – Spicy Chicken Cheeseballs just top the game! Tastes perfect, you can throw this together in a jiffy! Serve with starch and a vegetable for a filling meal, or bring these delicious chicken cheeseballs at a party or potluck. Bring this anywhere if you have to, and everyone will never get enough of these bad boys! You can even make this ahead, just freeze, and pop it in the oven when ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

3 c all-purpose baking mix Bisquick or Arrowhead Mills brands
1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp Tapatio Salsa Picante hot sauce
4 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
½ c milk
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
dash of salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE SPICY CHICKEN CHEESEBALLS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Set aside.

Step 3: In a large bowl, add the baking mix, ground chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands or using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.

Step 4: Form the mixture into about an inch in diameter small balls.

Step 5: Transfer the balls to the prepared baking sheet. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature recorded 165 degrees.

NOTE:

For this recipe, you can use a large sheet pan or two.
