1 c long-grain white rice, uncooked
1 (10 ounces) can condense French Onion soup
1 (10 ounces) can condensed beef broth
1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Stir rice, soup, and broth in a 9×9-inch baking dish.

3. Put butter slices on the top and cover tightly with foil.

4. Bake for 30 min, remove the foil and cook for another 30 min.
