I have been making this ridiculously good cucumber salad for years now. I got this recipe from my mom, and she used to tell me that there is no exact measurement, just go with your guts and adjust to your preference. That is one of the major reasons I love this cucumber salad recipe. It is a no-fuss and guarantee to come out amazing always!
I have received so many great reviews, and everyone cannot help but come back for more. This delicious cucumber salad is a huge fan-favourite. This is a summer must-have, but it is incredibly excellent and easy to throw together, you’ll enjoy making this all year round!
This is the most refreshing salad. I sometimes add a drizzle of or two of Tabasco for a fire and ice combo. I and my husband have a deck garden, and we enjoy gardening in our free time. We plant not flowers, but crops. Every time we have ripped tomatoes and cucumbers, this recipe is the first thing that comes to my mind. We all love the tangy, rich, and creamy combination of this cucumber salad. You only just need a little of the dressing to not overpower the salad. Anyway, the liquid from the cucumber and tomatoes thins out the dressing to perfection!
