THIS IS A KEEPER. Everyone LOVES Caramel Cake for the holidays!

by 247tasty

Caramel cake is a staple on Holidays. They work as great as the good-old chocolate cake we’ve been making and serving since. The 3 layers of cake that has been put together and frost is pretty to look at. You might even think that it’s difficult to make but I assure you this is one of the easiest cake I have ever made in my life! And it tastes amazing! The cake is moist, and the creamy caramel frosting is labored with love. This is almost like a store-bought cake but way better. Baking this is so much fun, I feel like a pro pastry chef. LOL. This light, fluffy classic caramel cake is heaven! Feel free to design the cake with whatever, maybe some edible flowers, or pour some melted caramel over and top with crushed caramels. A pretty and delicious cake to serve for holidays or any occasion.
