Ingredients
12 large Eggs
1/2 c. milk (I used skim)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese divided
8 oz. ham steak cubed
2 green onions sliced thin
How to make Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Using cooking spray, generously grease a muffin tin. Set aside.
Step 3: Add the eggs, milk, and spices to a large bowl. Whisk until everything is combined.
Step 4: Add in half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions. Stir until incorporated.
Step 5: Now, fill the muffin tins and top each with the rest of the 1/4 cup cheese.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until set in the middle and the eggs are pulling away from the sides of the muffin tin.
