INGREDIENTS

2 c. cooked chicken
4 ounces cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 c. chopped cauliflower
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
½ c. hot sauce (like Franks or Red Hot)

HOW TO MAKE KETO BUFFALO CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Pop the cauliflower in the microwave for about 5 minutes.

Step 3: To a skillet, add the cream cheese, hot sauce, and garlic. Stir well until the cream cheese has melted. Next, add the chicken and cauliflower. Mix well, then remove from the heat.

Step 4: Grease the baking dish, then spoon the mixture in, smoothing it out. On top, pour the heavy cream and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top of the casserole is nice and browned.

Step 6: Remove from the oven once done and slightly cool the casserole before serving. Enjoy!
