1 box spice cake mix
How to make Two Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins
Step 1: Combine the pumpkin and spice cake mix powder until well blended.
Step 2: Grease a muffin tin. Into each muffin cup, add a dollop of the mixture.
Step 3: Place in the oven and bake for about 18 to 22 minutes at 350 degrees until a knife inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve the Pumpkin Muffins with a dollop of whipped topping on top. Enjoy!
Tips:
1. For this recipe, you can use fresh pumpkin puree in place of the canned version.
2. If desired, you can mix in some chopped nuts or raisins to the batter.
3. Feel free to add other ingredients like milk and butter to the batter. This will prevent the batter from getting dry.
