4 Potatoes (about 5-8 oz. each)
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place the potatoes under running water, then scrub each to remove any dirt. Use a fork to poke small holes all over each potato.
Lay the potatoes into the baking rack, then place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until fork-tender.
Remove the baked potatoes from the oven, then brush all sides with olive oil and season with salt.
Put them back in the oven and bake for 10 more minutes or until the skin becomes crispy.
Remove from the oven. Use a knife to make an “X” mark on top of each potato and carefully press it.
Add your favorite toppings over each potato.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes:
If your potatoes are large, you might bake them for additional 10 minutes.
Keep leftovers in the fridge and reheat them before serving again.
Make sure to cover the potatoes with foil to evenly cook them.
Make sure to poke small holes all over the potatoes to prevent them from bursting.
